Terms of Service

The commercial terms of the FastTradein subscription for electronics retailers.

Operator details

These terms govern the FastTradein subscription. The provider is the operator named in the Operator details section (support@fasttradein.app). FastTradein is sold only to businesses: by creating a workspace you confirm that you act for a business, not as a consumer. The 14-day trial runs on the plan you pick and does not need a card. The plan can be switched during the trial, and each website gets one trial. If you subscribe during the trial, the trial days left are added to the first paid period. You can cancel the subscription at any time in the workspace (Plan and billing → Manage subscription) or by writing to support@fasttradein.app; you keep access until the end of the paid period. You get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of any payment, as described in the Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

FastTradein is software only. The store buys devices from its own customers and pays them directly. FastTradein never buys, sells, stores, or ships devices and never handles payouts to customers. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, only processes payment for the FastTradein software subscription.

By creating a workspace you subscribe to a hosted trade-in platform: catalog, widget, device intake, documents, and billing according to the plan you choose. There are three plans: Starter with up to 50 widget requests a month, Business with up to 300, and Pro with no request limit. When the month’s requests are used up, the widget stops taking new ones until the limit resets. Plans are billed monthly in US dollars, and VAT or sales tax is added by Paddle at checkout where it applies. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it. An upgrade or downgrade takes effect immediately, and Paddle charges or credits the prorated difference for the rest of the billing period. The 14-day trial is meant for evaluating FastTradein in a real store, not for scraping the catalog.

You keep the relationship with your customers. FastTradein does not take a commission on trade-in deals. Our fee is the monthly subscription. You are responsible for buyback prices, payouts, and compliance in your jurisdiction. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

The widget and APIs may be used only on domains you add to the widget allow-list in the workspace. You must not resell the platform, probe other tenants, or overload the public endpoints. We may suspend an account that harms the service or other partners.

Plans, limits, and support hours are also described on the public website (pricing and contact sections). We announce changes to these terms, plans, or prices by email and on this page at least 30 days before they take effect. Pro is self-serve like the other plans. Support is available through workspace tickets or at support@fasttradein.app.
